The 4Beauty Art Gallery - 4Beauty’s Auction House policy

1. The photographs and descriptions of the presented works are the property of the “4Beauty” company.
2. The Gallery sells works of art via the Internet. We do not rule out the possibility to see the works before purchase, after having previously agreed on details.
3. We accept the orders and enquiries via our webpage www.4beauty.com. After placing an order the Purchaser receives an e-mail message that the order has reached the gallery.
4. The order will be accepted for realization the moment your credit card has been authorized or your bank transfer to the Gallery bank account is made.
5. The order will be realized on condition that the work of art is available at the Artist’s collaborating with the Gallery. 4Beauty will spare no effort to ensure that all the presented works on our webpage www.4beauty.com are available for purchase.
6. There will be a bill of sale enclosed to your order, which is also a confirmation of concluding a sales contract between the Purchaser and the Artist.
7. The Purchaser may withdraw a placed order if the payment has not yet been made.
8. The price given next to each commodity is biding at the time of placing an order. The Gallery reserves the right to change the prices of the works of art, introducing new goods to the online shop offer, carry out and cancel promotional actions on the Gallery webpages, or introduce changes there.
9. Each parcel is insured. The insurance cost and shipping depend on the weight and dimensions of a work of art. The delivery is carried out through a courier service company. There is a possibility of collecting in person after previously having arranged the details with the Gallery.
10. The estimated time of delivery is 7 days. The Customer is informed of any delays connected with the realization of the order.
11. The gallery does not accept returns of artworks.
12. The Gallery acts as an agent in selling original works of art directly from Artists or acquired from reliable sources.
13. The Gallery deals with complaints only in justified cases. The complaints concerning the difference in the appearance of the ordered goods and the received ones, which are the result of different monitor settings, are no reason for the return of goods.
14. The Gallery limits the use and collection of the information on Purchasers to the minimum required for mail-order sale of goods, which includes among others: email addresses, personal and address data. This information is not shared with any third party and it is used to carry out Purchasers’ orders and informing them on new products and promotions. The data are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act, to carry out customers’ orders only and they are not shared with any external subjects.
15. By registering for the Gallery or by using Newsletter functionality the user expresses willingness to receive promotion and information materials.
